Background checks are conducted on all licensed professionals practicing phone therapy through Parent Help Live. Parent Help Live verifies each practitioner’s license with their state’s regulatory board. Only professionals in good standing and without blemishes to their record are allowed to work with Parent Help Live. In addition, all professionals must have counseling experience in working with parents and children (minimum 5 years). Confidentiality in ensured to stay between the professional and the parent.
